Just started to use these headsets and right now they do everything I want. Voice quality is good/acceptable and the headset seems sturdy. Only question I have now is, How long will they last. (the true measure of quality) Having just started to use this headset I'm very satisfied.

I was severely disappointed. It was the most pricey headset I ordered and it did not work. No one could hear me and I could barely hear them. I will not buy anything with the name Plantronics again.

I use this daily and the wire (inside not visible) is making intermittent contact so the callers voice cuts in and out. It only lasted 3 months so though I liked it very much for the price it isn't durable, and if it can't be used then what is it worth really. initial impressions can be deceiving.

I hate the blue tooth headsets and always opt for these corded headsets.this one by Plantronics is super, the best one I ever had.and I am extremely picky.buy it.

Instead they say that it sounds as if I am standing next to them. This item is far superior to every bluetooth device on the market.It sits on the ear rather than uncomfortably in it. The audio is excellent, I never get comments from the people that I call that I sound as if I am in a tunnel. It doesn't need charging. Its comfortable and works better than anything else.Terrific item.
